Project intake and management of initial design requirements and work in close collaboration with team members working under tight deadlines. Create innovative and user-centered designs by considering market analysis, site metrics and usability findings. Present wireframes, visual mockups and/or end-to-end flows for marketing websites, user interfaces, email campaigns, and orderpaths to the product and marketing teams for review and feedback.

Designed consumer marketing and business-to-business websites, print collateral and event signage for RealPlayer, RealArcade, Rhapsody and SuperPass products. Key role in setting the design direction for each core product based on business objectives and target audiences. Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and development team to produce a high volume of quality products under tight deadlines.

Responsible for designing projects from concept to completion for the company’s Intranet and insurance agent marketing web sites. Optimized designs to be compatible with browser standards and to minimize download time. Used Flash to add visual appeal and interactivity to web projects. Work closely with developers to document standards for design layout and effective user interfaces
